We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of troubleshooting technical issues, managing inbound and outbound support calls, and handling support tickets via email or chat.Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and technical issues through calls, emails, and ticketing systems- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues promptly and professionally- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolvedRequirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience.- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
