The ideal candidate will work closely with global and domestic stakeholders, drive product qualifications, and support business expansion in industrial and automotive sectors.Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and automotive sectors.- Support product qualification processes with customers and internal teams.- Engage with global leaders and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication (both verbal and written).- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping.- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business reports.- Coordinate customer visits, site meetings, and internal reviews.- Travel 3-5 days per month to customer sites or industry events.- Build long-term customer relationships and support account management activities.Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate/Engineering degree plus MBA (Marketing/Business Development).- Up to 2 years of experience in Business Development (industrial, manufacturing, or automotive preferred).- Strong communication skills-able to interact with global leadership.- Experience with product qualification or working with technical teams is an advantage.- Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
