Tasks and Responsibilities:In this role, you will take the lead in driving national sales strategies and ensuring the success of our sales teams across India. You will play a central role in strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while also managing and developing high-performing teams. With a clear focus on results, you will ensure that our brand maintains a strong presence in the FMCG market. Your leadership and strategic vision- Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets.- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver strong results.- Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.- Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency.- Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning.Required Skills and Knowledge:- This position calls for an experienced professional with a proven record of managing national sales operations in the FMCG sector.
