If you have previous experience in an international voice process and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in an international voice process (US/UK).- Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.- Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.Key Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in a BPO industry (preferably in voice process).- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.- Exposure to international voice process (US/UK markets) is a must.
