Principal AccountabilitiesAccountabilitiesMajor ActivitiesKey Performance IndicatorsDevelop and implement various activities and targeted campaigns to grow in assigned brands and thus ensuring growth in marginsDevelop in-depth understanding of the products, competitors to define the growth path of the segment and products.Develop strategic plan for focused efforts to ensure high brand recall.Monitor the brand performance, market share and provide timely intervention for the growth of the brands.Ensure growth in the contribution margins for the products as per defined targets.Growth & Contribution margin of the assigned brands- Be the product champion and participate in discussion with customers and internal departments to strengthen the demand- Engage with key customers on technical discussions, trials, and new products to build customer confidence and to showcase company/ brand strengths & advantages.Brand Technical support for customers-Develop the training manual and train the sales team members on product and competition.
