IQnext is an integrated, centralized platform that is disrupting buildings and real estate infrastructure with its new-age cloud-based solution, delivering long-term sustainability and operational efficiency that is scalable across portfolios.Job Summary:We re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to craft IQnext s positioning, lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and drive product adoption across markets. You ll own messaging, sales enablement, and content strategy to bridge the gap between product, sales, and customers. Designation- Product Marketing ManagerExperience- 4-5 YersLocation- BangaloreRoles and responsibilities1. Product Positioning & Messaging- Develop and refine core positioning frameworks that clearly communicate IQnext s value proposition and differentiation across all customer touchpoints.2. Go-To-Market Strategy- Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products and feature launches, including defining ICPs, personas, and key messaging across channels. Collaborate with the leadership for international region/s GTM. 3. Sales & CS Enablement- Create and manage impactful sales assets, pitch decks, one-pagers, whitepapers, and videos etc to help the sales team close deals faster and more effectively.4. Content Strategy- Own the content strategy by defining pillars, tone, and narratives. Collaborate to produce engaging blogs, case studies, newsletters, and campaigns that drive awareness and conversions.5. Product Adoption & Customer Communication- Plan customer communication calendars, oversee release notes, newsletters, and updates, and work with Customer Success to build customer stories and testimonials.6. Market & Competitor Intelligence- Lead ongoing research on competitors, market trends, and customer insights to refine messaging and support product roadmap decisions.We re looking for someone who:- 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.- Exposure to proptech will be a plus.- Skilled at turning complex products into clear, differentiated messaging and collateral.- Proven experience in GTM strategy, content planning, and sales enablement.- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and content creation tools (Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics Zoho CRM, etc)- Data-informed mindset with the ability to define KPIs and act on insights- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teamsBenefits:- Medical Insurance (including dependent s) - Access to the e-learning platform- An opportunity to work in a product-based company, giving you the experience to be a part of the organic growth journey.
