We need one agile owner who can craft punchy English Kannada copy, run quick A/B tests, and turn insights into higher activation, retention, and revenue.What you do?- Own every user message: Micro-copy inside the app, push notifications, WhatsApp, emails.- Write & translate: Draft, polish, and Kannada-fy copy yourself-no agency hand-offs.Tweak UIs: Polish & perform A/B tests on revenue-generating UIs like cross-selling flows, payment screens & high frequency feature funnelsExperiment fast: Plan weekly (or KPI-triggered) A/B tests; ship variants via Mo-engage / Firebase; kill or scale based on data.Coordinate end-to-end: Work with backend & Android devs to hook messages to events, and with the data team to read dashboards.Keep the voice consistent: Maintain a lightweight style guide so every text sounds unmistakably Vahak-friendly, clear, trucker-smart.Must-haves:- 2-5 yrs in product, CRM, or growth roles where you owned push / in-app messaging.- Fluent Kannada & English-you think and joke in both.- Hands-on A/B testing with a CRM tool (CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.).- Copywriting portfolio: notifications, banners, or micro-copy that moved numbers.- Comfort reading basic funnel/retention reports; you decide what good looks like.Nice-to-haves:- Stint at a mobility, logistics, or hyperlocal apps or logitech startups .
