Become the go-to partner for brands in Baby Category seeking rapid global expansion across some of the largest consumer markets globally.2. Responsible for build the brand portfolio of 5-10 brands in a subset of categories listed above.3. Establish a robust e-commerce and offline retail presence across India (OR SEA) by partnering with respective sales teams.4. Achieve profitability & scale in mature brand portfolios, driving substantial free cash flow.Experience & Skills Needed1. 6-8 years of total work experience, with 5 years of dedicated eCommerce experience.2. Deep understanding of all aspects of marketplace selling, including category strategies, pricing strategies, visibility development, customer acquisition/repeat, ad solutions, and fulfillment models.3. Proven experience with dominant marketplace management platforms.4. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and marketing, focusing on global scaling.5.
