Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Logistics & Supply ChainLocation: MohaliJob Summary:- We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with 6 months to 3 years of experience in logistics, courier, or supply chain roles.
-As a Customer Support Executive - Logistics & Supply Chain, you will manage customer queries, coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries, and support the backend flow of goods and services through effective communication and system-based tracking.Key Responsibilities:Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with:- Logistics bookings, courier inquiries, and house shifting support- Pricing and quote details for courier and bulk logistics services- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients- Handle delivery issues, returns, and escalate delays when needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations- Assist in process improvements and suggest changes for better efficiencyEligibility Criteria:Experience Required:6 Months to 3 years in:- Customer support (voice process) for logistics or courier domains- Supply chain or warehouse coordination rolesEducation Qualification:- Any graduate (Preferred: BBA/MBA/PG Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping)- Freshers with internships in relevant domains may also be consideredSkills Required:6- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and a regional language- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes- Good typing speed (80 to 120 words in 120 seconds)- Clear, fluent speaking ability for voice screening- Team player with a proactive attitudeTraining and Support:- 4-day structured training Provided by company covering logistics and supply chain workflows.
