Role Summary The HR Recruiter at B 'Creamy will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple franchise locations, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to support our expanding food and beverage business. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create or update job descriptions. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media to build a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidates skills and suitability. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and collect feedback for decision making. Maintain recruitment data in Applicant Tracking Systems and keep accurate records. Manage job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate offer letters and joining formalities. Track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and suggest improvements. Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events to attract talent. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably with exposure to multiple hiring channels. Proficiency in recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, MS Office, or Google Workspace. Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
