Job descriptionJob Description: Sr Learning Video Content Specialist / AMRole Overview- We are seeking a highly organised, academically strong, and creatively driven Content Creation & Academic Alignment Manager to oversee and streamline the production of educational video content.
-This role involves creating video learning content for PlanetSpark s YouTube channel and supervising freelance video creators.- The ideal candidate will have a deep interest and expertise in creating online learning video content and experience in teaching English and Mathematics to kids (K-12).Key Responsibilities :Individual Video Content Creation (40% Objectives) :- Create engaging learning videos on different aspects of the English language, such as Grammar, Reading, Phonics, etc.- Ensure a very high degree of accuracy and engagement.- Coordinate with video editors to ensure proper editing and go-live for the videos.Content Creator Management (60% Objectives) :- Coordinate with 6-7 freelance video content creators and manage operational tasks such as creating the content calendar, giving feedback on scripts and videos, and ensuring timely delivery.- Coordinate with video editors to ensure a timely go-live date.- Be the quality champion for all educational content created by the creators.Required Qualifications & Skills :Academic & Professional Background :- Strong academic background with proven excellence in academics.- Must have taken Mathematics in higher secondary or pursued Mathematics in higher studies.- Prior teaching experience (school, coaching, ed-tech, tutoring) is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies :- Strong experience in creating learning video content for a YouTube channel or for an educational organization.- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).- Strong organisational ability with experience managing timelines and workstreams.Job Type : Full-timeLocation : GurgaonWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work at the intersection of academics, content creation, and educational innovation.Work with passionate educators and creators.Play a major role in building impactful learning content consumed by thousands of learners.
