Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Make outbound calls to promote Kotak credit card offers& &
- Handle both interested and not interested responses professionally& &
- Resolve customer queries related to credit card features, eligibility, and application process& &
- Assist customers with documentation and verification steps& &
- Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and maintain engagement& &
- Educate customers on credit card usage, security tips, and fraud prevention& &
- Guide customers on credit limit, billing cycle, and repayment options& &
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build rapport for future upselling& &
- Stay updated with latest Kotak credit card products, offers, and compliance guidelines
