We specialize in AI-driven background transformation, creating studio-quality images that help automotive businesses attract more buyers and build a stronger digital presence. Our clients include leading car dealerships across North America. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to work in a high-growth environment that rewards ownership and results. ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will drive HelloRamp s expansion across the US automotive market. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: identifying new opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and closing long-term contracts. This is a target-driven role ideal for a 'hunter ' who thrives on winning new business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Market Expansion: Engage with US-based automotive dealers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce HelloRamp s solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and strategic outreach, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact product presentations and demos to show clients exactly how our AI solution drives their sales.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to convert leads into paid partners.
  • Collaboration: Work with operations and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to converse confidently with US business owners.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or a related field (preferred).
  • Shift Availability: Must be comfortable working permanent Night Shifts (9:00 PM 5:00 AM IST) to align with US business hours.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and virtual meeting platforms (Google Meet/Zoom) is an added advantage.
  • Location: Must be based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site at the HSR Layout office.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, international calling, or SaaS business development.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive or technology industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
