-Train, mentor, and motivate the team to enhance productivity.
-Monitor daily calls, sales conversions, and customer interactions.
-Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance guidelines.
-Handle escalations and provide solutions to customer queries.
-Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.Requirements: - Prior experience in telecalling sales (mandatory).
-1-4 years of experience in motor insurance sales or a related field.
-Strong communication and leadership skills.
