Job Title: Relationship Manager - Telesales (B2B)Location: NoidaExperience Required: 3 years (B2B telesales in marketplace/listing model)Salary: Up to - 8 LPAWorking Days: 6 Days/WeekEquipment: Candidate must have a personal laptopAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Relationship Manager - Telesales with strong experience in B2B marketplaces, listing models, and a proven track record of selling high-value (bigticket) products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing B2B clients through telesales, driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term professional relationships.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound telesales calls to acquire new B2B clients for the marketplace/listing platform.- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals for big-ticket size offerings.- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.- Understand client requirements and provide relevant solutions aligned with marketplace offerings.- Manage end-to-end sales cycle-from lead generation to closing and onboarding.- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.Candidate Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of B2B telesales experience-preferably in a B2B marketplace or listing model.- Strong ability to pitch and close large-value deals.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Comfortable with targets and deadline-driven environments.- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Must own a personal laptop.-Immediate joiners preferred.
