Senior Executive (2 to 4 years experience) - Research and Content Writer (Personal Finance)Responsibilities:- Conduct deep-dive research across personal finance, markets, macroeconomics, and wealth management - and convert findings into data-backed insights for editorial content- Analyze financial concepts, market trends, regulatory updates, and economic developments to generate actionable observations- Write compelling, creative, and engaging personal finance content (data-led or story-led) for BFSI brands and our platform, Thefinpedia, across formats like carousels, infographics, reels, videos, minimalist creatives, etc- Contribute to Campaign Ideations for BFSI brands - including product launches, NFOs, new initiatives, and more- Stay on top of industry trends and proactively propose new topics, ideas, and research themesSkills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of personal finance, investments, markets, and financial planning concepts.- Proficient in research, data insights, and analytical thinking.- Good command over English writing, grammar, structure, and storytelling.- Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, and consumer-friendly content.- Curiosity-driven passionate learner with strong communication, coordination, and collaborative skills.- Working knowledge of ACE MF / MFI / Morningstar is a bonusQualification & Experience:- Bachelor s or Master s in Finance, Economics, or related fields- Certifications such as CFP & CFA Level 1 preferred.- 1 to 4 years of experience in financial research, content writing, or editorial roles (personal finance preferred).
