The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey. The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.Skills:1. 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales/Presales/BA/Project Management2. Extremely good communication and writing skills3. Efficient in creating presentation decks and proposal documents4. Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence and similar technologies5. A fair understanding of the BFSI and Fintech Industry is good to have6. Fair understanding of Demo ConfigurationPrimary Responsibilities:Solutioning & Sales Support:1. Product Positioning and Pitch to prospect Clients and Partners2. Solution Demonstration to the key decision-makers and stakeholders3. Mapping customer requirements with company products and services4. Solutioning for customer problems and pitching the respective product/services5. Managing Client Expectations and different teams in client organizations6. Creating Techno-commercial Proposals and Value Proposition documents7. Perform the required Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Scoping for techno-commercial proposals8. Create pitch decks based for proposed solution and present it to the internal & external stakeholders9. Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates, delivery timelines, and Infra requirements10. Work with Cross-functional teams to close the client s Technical, Functional, and Infosec requirements11. Responsible for training Sales teams on the Product, Compliance, and Technology for the assigned use-case.Project Delivery & Client Relationship1. Manage the delivery (from the Business Side) by coordinating with the Project Delivery team2. Manage expectation of the client in terms of timelines and new requests, etc.3. Liaison with the Product and Sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients4. Update the Product team onthe Client s feedback on the product and any other market insights5. Post Agreement Sign-off, handover the lead to the project and support team as per the SOPDocumentation:1. Proposal and Scope of Work ownership. To get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off2. Assist Sales in closing legal documents (Service Agreements, NDAs, InfoSec queries, and SLA agreements, etc.)3. Work actively on pitch decks, demos, and presentations of the assigned use-cases (ref:updazz.com)
