-The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about products or services, and resolving queries in a professional manner.
-Candidates will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, following company communication guidelines, and achieving daily or monthly call targets. The job requires good listening skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle customers patiently.
-Telecallers must update customer information accurately in the system, follow up with customers when required, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall business goals.
