Inside Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative (SDR)Experience : 1 - 3 yearsLocation : Navi Mumbai (Onsite)Joining : ImmediateRole Overview- We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our enterprise sales function by building and managing a qualified lead pipeline through a mix of direct outreach and coordination with external lead generation and marketing agencies.- The role will also contribute to evolving sales messaging and coordinating the creation of sales and marketing content with agencies, while working closely with internal Sales and Product teams.- This is a hands-on execution role with exposure to sales strategy, messaging, and funnel management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Pipeline Support- Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers- Build and maintain structured prospect databases- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria- Schedule discovery / introductory calls for the sales team- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, activities, and pipeline status- Track funnel metrics such as leads, MQLs, SQLs, and meetings bookedAgency Coordination- Act as the primary coordinator with appointed lead-generation agencies- Share target profiles, messaging guidelines, and campaign inputs- Review lead quality and provide structured feedback to agencies- Track agency performance against agreed KPIsMessaging & Content Coordination- Assist in refining pitch narratives, email templates, and outreach scripts- Coordinate creation of basic sales collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, email sequences, and case summaries with agencies- Ensure messaging consistency across channels and campaignsInternal Collaboration- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams- Capture market feedback, common objections, and competitor insights- Suggest improvements to targeting, messaging, and positioningRequired Skills & Qualifications- 1 - 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / B2B Lead Generation / Sales Support- Strong written and spoken English communication skills- Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-ups- Ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and agencies- Basic understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to workGood to Have- Exposure to SaaS / Enterprise Software / Technology sales- Experience working with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, etc.- Interest in messaging, storytelling, and positioning- Any exposure to supply chain, operations, or enterprise platforms (ref:updazz.com)
