We are looking for Sales Executive for one of the fastest growing Chemical Distribution Companies in India..We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales in the assigned territory. Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. This role requires extensive travel, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and the manufacturing industry.JOB DESCRIPTION- SALES EXECUTIVE-FIELD- Field Sales Management: Execute sales strategies and manage client interactions in the field to drive sales growth and market penetration.- Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers on product selection, application methods, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve technical issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to senior management, providing insights for strategic planning and decision-making.- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends and support the development of new products and marketing initiatives.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor s degree Paint Technology/Chemistry, Diploma in Paint Technology, MBA in Marketing or a related field.- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales within the paint manufacturing or coatings industry or selling raw materials for coating industry with a proven track record in field sales.- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of paint products, application techniques, and industry standards.- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Gujarat, south India) (ref:updazz.com)
