-Research markets, competitors & audiences to craft relevant messaging.
-Create scroll-stopping headlines, hooks & CTAs.
-Collaborate with performance marketers, designers & editors for impactful campaigns.
-Build A/B testing frameworks & optimise for conversions.
-Analyse campaign data & refine copy to improve ROI.
-Maintain brand voice while driving performance.
-Stay updated on platform trends, policies & consumer behaviour. Preferred Skills : - Strong grasp of consumer psychology, storytelling & purchase triggers.
-Knowledge of CRO principles & SEO basics for ad copy.
-Quick at crafting hooks & scroll-stopping headlines.
-Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimisation & analytics.
-Exposure to DTC/e-commerce/personal care brands (a plus).
