-Lead and inspire the graphic design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and career development support to maximize creativity and team output.
-Assign, manage, and prioritize daily tasks for the creative team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
-Oversee and evaluate all creative deliverables, from concept development to final production, maintaining consistency with client objectives and brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with the strategy, digital marketing, content, and account management teams to ensure creative work aligns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
-Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas for prospective clients, contributing to business development efforts and new client pitches.
-Act as a key creative consultant for client meetings and presentations, confidently communicating ideas, concepts, and strategies.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market innovations to keep the agency s creative output fresh, relevant, and competitive.
-Establish and maintain creative processes and workflows to optimize productivity, encourage collaboration, and uphold quality standards across all projects.
-Manage external creative resources (freelancers, production houses, etc.) when necessary to scale or enhance project execution.
-Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all client touch points and agency initiatives.
-Drive ideation workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovative thinking within the team.
-Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, promoting a high standard of design excellence and accountability.
-Evaluate the performance of creative campaigns, gathering feedback and using insights to continuously improve future projects.Requirements-- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior creative or art direction role in branding/digital marketing.
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Exceptional portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and creative concepts.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
