Role Overview: - We are looking for a driven and dynamic Property Acquisition Manager to expand our property portfolio across key urban locations.- This role is ideal for someone with strong networking abilities, real estate knowledge, and a passion for deal-making. You ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new properties that align with our business model. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate residential and commercial properties for conversion into managed accommodations.
-Conduct site visits, feasibility analysis, and market surveys to assess property potential.
-Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate brokers, and developers.
-Negotiate lease terms, agreements, and property acquisition deals aligned with company goals.

-Strong network with brokers, landlords, and real estate agents in Mumbai.
-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of lease documentation, compliance, and local property laws.
-Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
