Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract students and professionals for job-assured training programs.- Identify and generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media, email campaigns, and affiliate networks.- Drive and monitor inbound and outbound campaigns for training enrollments and corporate tie-ups.- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Placement teams to design targeted lead funnels for each program.- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates across all channels.- Manage a team of lead generation executives, provide training, and ensure monthly target achievements.- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and manage all lead activity through CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce).- Coordinate with college partners, consultants, and digital marketers for student acquisition.- Analyze campaign metrics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.- Research and expand into new markets (e.g., freshers, working professionals, and overseas students).- Collaborate with vendors and loan partners to promote training programs with finance options.
