- We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the territories of Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing channel partners, including System Integrators (SIs), dealers, and other resellers, with a focus on selling products to government departments, police departments, defense units, and similar public sector entities.
-This role involves building and nurturing partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with company goals in these regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
-Identify, recruit, and onboard new System Integrators, dealers, and partners with established networks in government, police, and defense sectors.
-Manage existing partner relationships, providing training, support, and incentives to maximize sales performance.
-Collaborate with partners to pursue opportunities in public sector projects, including tenders, RFPs, and direct sales to government departments, police forces, and defense units.
-Monitor partner performance, track sales pipelines, and report on key metrics such as revenue, deal closures, and partner engagement.
-Organize joint marketing activities, product demonstrations, and events with partners to enhance visibility in target markets.
-Travel extensively within the territories to meet partners, clients, and attend industry events (up to 75% travel expected). Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; - 5-8 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, specifically in the territories of Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand.
-Demonstrated experience working through System Integrators, dealers, and other partners to sell products (any category) to government departments, police departments, defense units, or similar public sector clients.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or B2G (Business-to-Government) environments.
-Strong understanding of the public sector procurement processes, including tenders and compliance standards in India. (ref:updazz.com)
