The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in generating qualified leads and driving outbound sales campaigns for the USA and other western markets, particularly within the IT services.Key Responsibilities: - Generate potential leads in the USA & other western countries across various industries.- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential leads.
-Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting channels.- Implement best practices for lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion.
-Understand client needs and pain points to position your company s solutions effectively.
-Ensure a high level of professionalism in all outbound communications.
-Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management on lead generation metrics and performance.- Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve targets. Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
-Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills: - Experience in B2B lead generation, especially in industries like IT services, SaaS, or consulting.
-Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io and automated tools to faten the whole process.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve set targets in a fast-paced environment. (ref:updazz.com)
