Role Scope : - The role is a senior leadership role.
-The incumbent is responsible for delivering sales targets for the distributor and building sales organization capability.
-Depending on the business size, appropriate number of sales executives might report to this role. Major Responsibilities : - Owns the sales targets for the business - Owns the relationship with salon customers - Executing new initiatives and launches Resolution of escalated issues and handling objections of customers not resolved by team - Managing the team of sales executives - Coach and guide sales executives to build long term capability - Owns the people systems for sales executives - recruitment, salary planning, rewards, training, attrition management, etc. Skills Required : - Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)- Multi-function and collaborative approach - People management experience (minimum 3-4 years) Technical skills - base sales fundamentals, business fundamentals. Geographical Knowledge - Bigger territory handling experience. Graduate with 10-12 years of experience; MBA preferred Attributes Check : Key Account Management Skills/Team Building/Customer-oriented skills/Distributor handling Professional/FMCG/Pharma or similar industry (ref:updazz.com)
