Responsibilities:- The role incumbent is responsible for the recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure the achievement of business targets.- The role incumbent is responsible for the execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results.- The role incumbent is also accountable for the Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited.- The incumbent is responsible for broadening & sustaining the existing business base with an exploration of opportunities among the Channel Partners & by increasing organizational share in the client portfolio.- The incumbent is responsible for maintaining & enhancing service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring the sustenance of the existing business.
