The Gateway: You must close a substantial upfront hardware layer.2. The Goal: This hardware unlocks the core value.If you cannot navigate a complex deal involving both heavy infrastructure implementation and a long-term service contract, this role is not for you.Key Responsibilities :- Greenfield Acquisition: Hunt and close 25 new industrial sites in FY26-27.- The Liability Pivot: Engage CFOs and Sustainability Heads. Shift the conversation from flow meter accuracy to corporate liability and risk.
-Qualification Rigor: Ruthlessly disqualify using the question: Will these water numbers ever be shown outside your organization? - Mandatory Gatekeeping: Sell the pre-deal WISE Assessment (- 3-5 Lakhs) as a non-negotiable entry barrier.- Protocol Adherence: Zero deviations. Candidate Profile- Experience: 5-8 years in B2B Enterprise Sales (Industrial, Compliance, or complex SaaS).- Methodology: You must be able to identify the Economic Buyer and Decision Criteria within 2 meetings.- Financial Acumen: Ability to structure deals involving both Hardware and SaaS components.- Mindset: You have read The Challenger Sale or Gap Selling and practice it.
