The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching real estate projects, scheduling client visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the database.- Pitch real estate properties and explain project details to generate client interest.- Cold calling to identify and convert new leads.- Fix appointments and ensure clients visit our office/project site.- Maintain follow-ups with clients to maximize conversion.- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.Key Skills & Requirements:- Good to have experience as a telecaller/telemarketing executive, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.- Education : Minimum Graduate.
