Role Overview:The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, clients, and internal departments to facilitate smooth sales operations and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate sales inquiries and orders by processing requests, preparing quotations, and managing order confirmations for clients.- Manage sales documentation by maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant paperwork to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.- Generate sales reports by compiling data, analyzing trends, and preparing summaries to provide insights to the sales team and management.- Assist in billing and invoicing by verifying order details, generating invoices, and following up on payments to ensure timely revenue collection.- Communicate with clients by responding to inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving issues to maintain strong customer relationships.- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements to facilitate effective sales activities.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to coordinate sales activities, manage documentation, and provide administrative support to a sales team.- Proven skills in billing and invoicing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role.
