The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, P&L management, and strategic business development in Training, Consulting, Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.2. Drive new business development and expand relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.3. Collaborate with the leadership team to define growth plans, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.4. Build and manage strong CXO-level relationships with clients to understand their learning & development needs.5. Work closely with internal Project Management team to ensure seamless delivery of the training programs.6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.7. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3-5 sales professionals, driving performance and capability-building.8. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.9. Strong network and experience in B2B enterprise sales, corporate learning, and consulting solutions.5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.6.
