We operate through a network of clinics, telehealth platforms, and partnerships with leading healthcare providers, offering a wide range of services including doctor consultations, diagnostics, and wellness programs.Role Overview:The Manager / Senior Manager - Indirect Sales role is a critical position responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and other enterprise B2B channels. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring the successful onboarding and management of new clients. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve sales targets and expand Connect and Heal s market reach, ultimately improving access to quality primary care for a wider population.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive indirect sales strategy to achieve sales targets through partnerships with insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and other relevant channels.- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, ensuring alignment with Connect and Heal s business objectives and service standards.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.- Conduct regular training sessions and product demonstrations for partners to enhance their understanding of Connect and Heal s offerings and improve their sales effectiveness.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing campaigns and promotional materials to generate leads and drive sales through partner channels.- Monitor and analyze sales performance through partner channels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the enterprise B2B space, particularly within the healthcare or insurance industries.- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and other strategic partners.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade key stakeholders.- Strong understanding of the healthcare benefits landscape, including OPD services and insurance brokerage models.- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve sales performance.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Experience in strategic partnerships, insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, enterprise B2B sales, OPD, and sales strategy.
