Paid plans start at just 2,490 rupees per year.We are hiring 2 Creator Sales Associates to drive subscription sales by reaching out to Instagram and YouTube creators directly.Key Responsibilities:- Research and build a database of 2,500 or more Instagram and YouTube creators across niches such as tech, gaming, digital marketing, productivity, lifestyle, fitness, and beauty- Categorize each creator by niche, follower count, platform, and contact details including email, phone, and social media handles- Execute 50 to 75 daily outreach touchpoints via email, cold calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram or YouTube direct messages- Craft personalized messages highlighting how Hylo helps creators grow faster- Schedule and coordinate 3 to 5 group demo sessions per week- Conduct or assist in live product demonstrations of Hylo to prospective creators- Implement systematic follow-up sequences to nurture leads until conversion- Guide new subscribers through onboarding and ensure smooth activation- Track all outreach activity, demos, responses, and conversions in a spreadsheet or CRM tool- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports on outreach volume, demo attendance, and subscription conversionsMonthly Targets:- 50 annual plan subscription sales per month- 50 to 75 outreach touchpoints daily- 3 to 5 group demos per week- 80 percent or higher follow-up completion rate- Maintain and grow a database of 2,500 or more categorized creatorsWho Should Apply:- Candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi- Candidates who are active on Instagram or YouTube and understand the creator ecosystem- Candidates comfortable with cold outreach including calls, direct messages, emails, and WhatsApp- Organized individuals who can manage hundreds of leads without losing track- Target-driven individuals motivated by hitting sales numbers- Self-starters who can work independently in a remote setupPreferred Qualifications:- Prior experience in tele-sales, direct sales, or social media marketing- Personal experience as a content creator or managing creator accounts- Knowledge of Instagram and YouTube growth strategies- Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets for trackingCompensation:- Fixed stipend of 5,000 rupees per month- Performance incentive on every subscription sold- Certificate of completion and LinkedIn recommendation- Direct mentorship from the founder- Potential for full-time role based on performance (ref:updazz.com)
