Currently we have an urgent job opening for the position of Sales Manager with one of our clients located in Andheri, Mumbai.Company Profile:Our client is an Indian and UK based logistics and supply chain company specializing in international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and end-to-end export-import operations. Established in 2019, the company operates with its own fleet, offers multimodal logistics solutions, and is known for its process-driven approach, customer-centric service, and strong compliance with global trade standards.Position Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Andheri, MumbaiExperience Required: 8 YearsQualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or MBA in Marketing / International Business / Supply Chain (Preferred) or a related field.Job Responsibilities: - Build, Lead and Manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and business partners.- Identify and convert new business opportunities in export logistics and international freight.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.- Ensure team members are trained, motivated, and aligned with performance objectives.- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competition.- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.- Provide insights and reports to senior management on market developments and performance metrics.Required Skill Set:- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import.- Strong managerial skills to lead and motivate a results-driven sales team.- Expertise in at least one area such as: Hazardous cargo (high volume), ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) or General Containerized freight (100-200 TEUs per month)- Comfort working with multiple groups within business.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.- Sound understanding of logistics pricing, documentation, and international trade procedures.If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us (ref:updazz.com)
