Job Summary- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
-The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value.Key Responsibilities :Client Relationship Management :- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients.- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and business update meetings.- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.Account Growth & Retention :- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.- Develop account plans to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.- Monitor client health metrics and reduce churn through proactive engagement.Strategic Collaboration :- Work closely with sales, operations, product, and support teams to meet client needs.- Translate client requirements into actionable internal plans.- Provide client feedback to internal teams for service and product improvement.Performance Monitoring & Reporting :- Track KPIs related to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.- Prepare regular reports on account performance and business outcomes.- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.Education & Experience :Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.3-7 years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management.Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.Skills & Competencies :- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise effectively.- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.Salary: 4 LPA - 6 LPA (ref:updazz.com)
