We operate primarily in the B2B e-commerce space, serving clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations.Role Overview:As a Sales Executive at Nitro Commerce, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Gurugram region. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role directly impacts the company s expansion and market penetration by acquiring new clients and contributing to overall revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach to expand the customer base.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of AUK Commerce Tech s solutions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.- Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
