Job Description :Job Description : Sales & Marketing Executive Company : Alisha Green Energy Industry : Renewable Energy (Solar Panels) Location: Gurgaon Sector 46 Employment Type: Full-timePosition OverviewThe Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Alisha Green Energy s solar solutions. This role bridges sales and marketing functions to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and impactful campaigns that highlight the company s commitment to sustainable energy. Key Roles & Responsibilities :Sales Responsibilities :- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing Responsibilities :- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote solar products.
-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
-Manage social media platforms, website content, and online advertising.
-Organize promotional events, trade shows, and awareness programs on renewable energy.
-Collaborate with design teams to create brochures, presentations, and marketing materials. Workflow & Coordination - Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Coordinate with finance and operations departments for accurate billing and delivery schedules.
-Share customer feedback with product development teams to improve offerings.
-Maintain CRM systems with updated client information and sales pipeline data. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
-2-4 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in renewable energy or technology.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends is an advantage.
