Our commitment to innovation and patient-centricity drives our success in the competitive healthcare landscape.Role Overview:- The Cluster Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and performance of a cluster of Tiny Essentials clinics within Bangalore. This role involves managing clinic staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing resource allocation, and driving patient satisfaction.
-The Cluster Clinic Manager works closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, as well as regional operations managers, to achieve operational targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. This role directly impacts the accessibility and quality of healthcare services provided to our patients.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple clinics within the assigned cluster to ensure smooth functioning and optimal patient flow.- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, revenue, and cost efficiency.- Supervise and mentor clinic staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel, to foster a positive and productive work environment.- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines.- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.- Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.- Conduct regular training sessions for clinic staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.- Proven expertise in healthcare operations and administration, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.- Strong client management and customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with patients and stakeholders.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.- Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
