Role Overview:- As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within the Delhi NCR region for our portfolio of healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, and diagnostic products, with a specific focus on Gynecological Oncology.- You will cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and their benefits to patients.
-This role involves strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of sales activities to achieve targets and contribute to improved patient outcomes in the oncology space.
-You will collaborate closely with the marketing, medical affairs, and sales operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of patients by increasing access to innovative and life-saving treatments.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory, focusing on Gynecological Oncology products, to achieve or exceed sales targets and market share objectives.- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), oncologists, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote product adoption and advocacy.- Conduct regular product presentations, detailing the features, benefits, and clinical data of our products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in prescribing them.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly, contributing to a competitive edge.- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, educational programs, and other marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and demand within the territory.- Manage sales projects, including product launches, market expansion initiatives, and key account management, ensuring timely and successful execution.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies in all sales activities, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, or diagnostic industries, with a strong understanding of the Delhi NCR market.- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, particularly in the field of oncology.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify opportunities for growth.- Experience in sales project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives.- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
