Role Overview:The Business Development - Solar role at Inventive Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a crucial position responsible for driving the company s growth within the solar energy market. The individual will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop and execute strategies that expand our market presence and secure new clients. This role directly impacts the company s revenue growth and contributes to the wider adoption of our solar energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the solar energy sector by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.- Manage the entire tendering process, including identifying relevant tenders, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring timely submission.- Oversee bid management activities, including coordinating with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and technical solutions.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and ensure long-term partnerships.- Track and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and key performance indicators.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy sector.- Proven skills in managing the tendering process and preparing successful proposals.- Strong bid management capabilities, including coordinating with internal teams and developing competitive pricing strategies.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
