Looking for friendly , energetic , highly motivated individuals with a can do attitude who willthrive in a positive and team based environment.Location - BangaloreCompany Size - 350 Roles and Responsibilities :- You will be responsible for providing technical support to the customers building customer relationsthrough troubleshooting Voice Process (Domestic calls)- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level- Maintain CRM hygiene- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.Requirements :- Previous experience in a customer support role voice process. Domestic would bepreferable- Languages needed (Hindi, English 2 regional languages (Kannada, Malayalam,Tamil,Telugu) are mandatory)- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.- Good written communication- Innovative thinkers and ready to work any time.- Should be flexible enough to adapt to any environment or changes happening in thesector.- Hands on Microsoft Excel- Basic analytical skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Good team player- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively (ref:updazz.com)
