-Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, build positive experiences, and help maintain long- term customer relationships.Experience required:- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to multitask- Candidates must have between 1-10 years of Domestic/International customer service experience in any domain- Teamwork ability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Job Requirement:- Flexible to work six days a week during day shift- Language Proficiency Hindi (Mandate), English & one regional language- Graduate (10 2 3) and above with minimum 10 months of experience and HSC(10 2) with minimum 18 months of experience and maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.BE/BTech/ME/MTech not eligible- Team lead with 5 years of relevant experience- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30/60 days notice preferred- All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have- Salary credits from all previous employers must have been processed through a bank account.
