Mandatory Criteria(Can t be neglected during screening)NOTE :1. Looking for Immediate joiners to 15 days of notice period candidates.2. It s not a KAM ( Key Account Manager ) role, it s a SALES role.- Candidate must have 4 to 8 years of experience in Sales. He will handle everything once client has been connected (Prepare reports , Manage Projects , Keeping records of projects , Cross functional execution).- Need candidates from EV companies, EV OEMs, - Electronics and Hardware only.- Strong experience in managing and growing existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills- Ability to identify sales opportunities and translate client needs into actionable solutions to achieve sales targets.- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills- Experience handling multiple client accounts and parallel initiatives effectively- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and customer service teams Key Responsibilities :- Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and enhance client engagement.- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with solutions.- Opportunity Identification : Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development within existing client accounts.- Product Development Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the product development team to create customized solutions that meet client needs.- Market Insight : Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform and adapt sales strategies.- Sales Reporting : Generate detailed reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.- Cross-functional collaboration : Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.Qualifications :- 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the EV industry or related sectors.- Proven track record of strategic sales success and achieving sales targets.- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively.- Experience in working closely with product development teams is a plus.- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
