This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading sales efforts for IT infrastructure services, solutions, and products. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction. This role directly impacts the company s revenue targets and market share within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the Mumbai region, focusing on BFSI,Manufacturing and other key verticals.- Manage and expand existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities in the IT infrastructure space.- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.- Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, proposing tailored IT solutions that address their specific business challenges.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, providing regular updates to senior management.- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for IT infrastructure services and solutions.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the BFSI sector,Manufacture or related industries.- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, and managed services.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.- Experience in solution selling and value-based selling methodologies.- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
