Inventory of Spare Parts: Oversee the "MRO " inventory, making sure that essential parts are on hand while maximizing stock levels. Root Cause Analysis RCA: Use techniques like Fishbone Diagrams and Why-Why Analysis to conduct in-depth examinations into recurrent machine faults in order to put long-term solutions in place. Safety & Compliance: Verify that all maintenance operations adhere to industrial safety regulations and LOTO protocols. Focus Skills: Multidisciplinary Expertise: Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, motors, control panels, and gears, bearings, and pumps. Technical literacy is the capacity to read and understand intricate electrical circuit diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and blueprints. Diagnostic Tools: Knowledge of precise instruments including ultrasonic leak detectors, multimeters, and laser alignment kits. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of tracking work orders and asset histories using SAP-PM or CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System. Analytical Thinking: The ability to compute and analyze performance measures such as OEE and MTBF Mean Time Between Failures.
