Maintenance Engineer (Freshers) Training & Operations Job Description: Responsibilities: Machine Breakdown Resolution: To reduce production stoppage, oversee the diagnostic troubleshooting and quick repair of hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-mechanical equipment, CNC/VMC machines, and automated assembly conveyors. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Create, plan, and carry out thorough PM schedules and PdM tracking loops (oil, vibration, and thermography). Maintenance of Utilities and Facilities: Ensure that vital plant utilities, such as air compressors, boilers, HVAC chillers, water treatment units, and key electrical distribution panels, run continuously and safely. CMMS Administration: Keep track of all repair requests, maintenance expenses, machine downtime hours, and tracking history logs in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Spare Parts Inventory Control: To prevent production bottlenecks, create organized engineering purchase intentions and audit and maintain ideal stock thresholds for essential machine spares.
