The ideal applicant is an analytical thinker who applies advanced principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials science to design safe, high-performance, and cost-effective mechanical solutions that correspond exactly with international quality standards. Key Skills: Advanced CAD Software Mastery: Proficiency with at least one industry-standard 3D CAD program, such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Creo Parametric, or CATIA, for structural design. Simulation and CAE Systems: Real-world experience using computer-aided engineering CAE engines for thermal loops and structural stress, such as ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation, or Altair HyperMesh. GD&T Technical Literacy: A thorough structural comprehension of limits and fits, tolerance stack-up analysis, and the standard symbols controlling form, profile, orientation, and position control. Manufacturing Process Insight: Strong technical understanding of surface treatment finishing techniques, weldment dynamics, sheet metal stamping constraints, and toolpathing factors.
