Your main responsibility is to oversee the entire warehouse dispatch process, making sure that completed molded parts are precisely packed, reconciled, and shipped on schedule. As the "Final Quality Checkpost," you work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) cell, the production shop floor, and freight carriers to ensure efficient distribution loops. In order to keep our logistics pipeline error-free and audit-ready every single day, the ideal candidate is a methodical, metrics-driven logistics specialist with a keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tracking, and a practical grasp of plastic parts handling. Key Skills: ERP Material Management Agility: The ability to work practically in inventory control systems, particularly SAP MM/PP modules, Oracle SCM, or specialized ERP software for manufacturing. Advanced Spreadsheet & Logging Competency: Proficient in managing large logistics databases, creating inventory timetables, and calculating trends in freight dispatch efficiency using MS Excel. Injection Molding Component Familiarity: A fundamental comprehension of the characteristics of molded plastic, such as temperature-sensitive storage, stacking weight thresholds, and scratch-prone textures, to direct safe handling procedures. Expert operational understanding of dispatch structures, such as bills of lading (BOL), commercial invoices, goods receipts, and local tax declarations, is known as commercial documentation literacy.
