Offer Management & Negotiation: To guarantee high offer-acceptance rates, benchmark salaries, craft competitive job offers in accordance with corporate budget limitations, and negotiate conditions with assurance. Pre-Employment Verification & Compliance: Make sure all regulatory compliance documentation are obtained before the join date, coordinate background verification checks (BGV), and verify professional references.
